Welcome to FloImg, a product of Flojo, Inc. ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FloImg, FloImg Studio, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Cloud Service vs Self-Hosted

FloImg Cloud (studio.floimg.com)

Our hosted cloud service has strict content policies. All content generated or uploaded is subject to automated moderation and human review. Absolutely no harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content is permitted.

  • All content is scanned before being saved
  • Violations result in content removal and potential account suspension
  • We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for illegal content

Self-Hosted FloImg Studio

The self-hosted version of FloImg Studio is provided under the MIT License. While you are free to use, modify, and distribute the software, you remain responsible for:

  • Content generated on your own infrastructure
  • Compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • Implementing appropriate content moderation if needed

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on our cloud service and may not be created using floimg software for illegal purposes:

    Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

    This is a criminal offense. We report all instances to appropriate authorities.

    Pornographic or Sexually Explicit Content

    Including AI-generated sexual imagery of any kind.

  • 3.
    Violent or Graphic Content

    Gore, extreme violence, or content depicting harm to individuals.

  • 4.
    Hate Speech and Discrimination

    Content that promotes hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.

  • 5.
    Harassment and Threats

    Content intended to harass, threaten, or intimidate individuals.

  • 6.
    Copyright Infringement

    Reproducing copyrighted material without permission.

  • 7.
    Malware and Harmful Links

    QR codes or content linking to malicious websites or downloads.

  • 8.
    Spam and Abuse

    Automated abuse of the service or promotional spam.

4. Content Moderation

To maintain a safe environment, we employ the following moderation measures on our cloud service:

  • Automated Scanning: All generated and uploaded content is scanned by AI moderation systems before being saved.
  • Human Review: Flagged content is reviewed by our team.
  • Pre-moderation for Public Gallery: Content submitted to the public gallery requires approval before publication.
  • Incident Logging: Violations are logged for security and legal compliance purposes.

Content that violates our policies will be removed without notice. Repeat violators will have their accounts suspended or permanently banned.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

This software is provided under the MIT License. While you are free to use, modify, and distribute this software, you may NOT use it to create, store, or distribute illegal content. The creators of this software are not responsible for how it is used by third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FLOJO, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
